In a stressful fast paced society, it is difficult to find a person and a safe place to share your story. With compassion and empathy, I create a safe haven for clients to tell their truth.
Part of the therapeutic process is working together, in a non- judgmental way, exploring the roots of the problem and how these issues are currently impacting your life.

Approaches Our Therapists Use
Smart Recovery
SMART Recovery is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals overcome addictive
behaviors by building practical coping skills and increasing self-awareness. Clients learn tools to
manage urges, strengthen motivation, and create lasting lifestyle changes that support long-
term recovery.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain naturally process and
heal from traumatic memories and distressing life experiences. As emotional wounds begin to
heal, many clients experience reduced anxiety, increased confidence, and a greater sense of
peace and freedom.
Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT)
Our thoughts have a powerful impact on how we feel and respond to life’s challenges. REBT
helps identify irrational beliefs and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking,
allowing clients to respond with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective, research-supported
approaches for treating anxiety, depression, stress, and many other mental health concerns.
CBT helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and build
practical skills that lead to lasting emotional and behavioral change.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps individuals develop practical skills to manage intense
emotions, improve relationships, and cope with life's challenges in healthier ways. Through
mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, clients
learn to build a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
‘Solution-Focused Therapy focuses on your strengths, resilience, and ability to create positive
change rather than staying stuck in the problem. Together, we'll identify what’s already working,
set meaningful goals, and build practical solutions that help you move forward with confidence
and hope.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Trauma-Focused CBT is an evidence-based treatment designed to help children, adolescents,
and families heal from the effects of trauma. Through education, coping skills, and gradual
processing of difficult experiences, clients develop resilience, reduce emotional distress, and
regain a sense of safety and hope.

The Healing Power of Self-Compassion
Compassion is often defined as a feeling of empathy that stirs us to action when we see others suffering—whether from physical pain or emotional struggles. When someone we love is hurting, our instinct is to offer comfort, encouragement, or practical help. But when it...
